The Messina--Spinach & Goat Cheese
Named for the beautiful Sicilian port, the Messina starts with our all-
natural, artisan crust, which is splashed with olive oil just before
it enters our Italian Marble hearth oven. It's then covered with
Mozzarella and Asiago cheeses, topped with goat cheese, spinach and a
sprinkling of Italian spices.
