Frozen Pizza: A Healthy Dinner?

I got home from work the other night exhausted. It had been a stressful day, and I had a million things to get done before I went to sleep. There was no way the veggie burger/steamed vegetables/brown rice dinner I had planned on was going to happen--by that point it was about all I could do to stop myself from digging into the carton of ice cream I had in the freezer!
Instead, I popped a Palermo's Primo Thin ultra thin-crust frozen pizza in the oven. It only took about ten minutes to bake and even though it tasted rich and delicious, I had to remind myself that there was no need to feel guilty--at under 300 calories per serving (which really is big enough), and with 14g of protein and only 12g of fat, Palermo's thin-crust pizza is pretty much the healthiest "unhealthy" meal ever!

So I got to eat something indulgent without breaking the calorie bank--the best of both worlds. I tried the Margherita flavor, but they make all kinds of gourmet-sounding varieties like Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese and Grilled Chicken Caesar.
How do you avoid a calorie binge at the end of a long day? If you've tried Palermo's Primo Thin pizza, which kind is your favorite? I have a feeling I'll be making another one tonight . . .
