The beautiful Tuscan city of Siena is the home to a world famous horse race, the Palio di Siena, where thousands of spectators come to watch as representatives of the seventeen city wards challenge each other for civic pride. This historic event has been held annually since 1650 and forces competitors to ride bareback and without stirrips--but not to worry, should a rider fall off, his horse can still win on it's own!
It is in this spirit of excitement and tradition that we named our Siena. It features an all natural, hearth-baked artisan crust, which is then covered with an Italian Tomato Sauce, Whole Milk Mozzarella and Asiago cheese, and is topped-off with a combination of Crumbled and Sliced Italian Sausages finished with a hint of Oregano.
