Hearth Italia Napoli--Fresh Mozzarella & PestoNapoli is the Italian name for the historic city of Naples, a place of special importance to us at Palermo's, because it is where pizza was born. And here is our tribute to this great Italian city: The Napoli--an all-natural, hearth-baked artisan crust, Italian Tomato Sauce, with Whole Milk Mozzarella, fresh Mozzarella Pearlinni and Asiago cheeses and finished with Basil Pesto. We think the real Italian pizza chefs of Naples would be proud!
